Tickets Report Overview
Your Tickets Report (found under Reports > Tickets) lets you quickly and easily see which tickets your event attendees have purchased for your upcoming and past events.
What Information is Available?
Tickets Report Data Fields
The Tickets Report provides you with an overview of all tickets that have been purchased to your Events. While viewing the report within your Harness Dashboard, you will be able to see:
Ticket purchase date & time (shown as date created)
Purchaser's name
Purchaser's email address
Number of tickets purchased
Total amount of purchase
Clicking on the arrow ( >) to the left of a ticket purchase will expand the purchase details providing additional information about the purchase. Here you will see:
Event name
Ticket name
Quantity of each ticket type purchased
Price of each ticket type purchased*
*This price does not include fees covered for the entire purchase. So, the Amount and Price may not be the same due to fees covered.
Applying a Date Range Filter
If you would like to view tickets purchased over a specific period of time, use the date range filter in the upper-righthand corner to select a preset timeframe or a custom date range.
Applying a Ticket Filter
You can also apply a ticket filter to see tickets purchased for a specific event. To do this use the drop-down menu in the upper-righthand corner next to the date range filter and select the ticket that you would like to see ticket purchases for.
The ticket filter does not filter by event name, only by ticket name. For this reason, we recommend naming tickets in a way that clearly helps you to distinguish which event the ticket is related to.
