Q: Does Harness sell donor/cardholder data to 3rd parties?
A: We are strictly prohibited by Visa and Mastercard to sell cardholder data to any 3rd party.
Q: Does our non-profit organization need to be PCI compliant?
A: Yes. If you handle credit/debit card information your non-profit organization must be PCI compliant. If Stripe hasn't already, they will at some point ask for your self-assessment attestation.
