A: From your Harness Dashboard - Settings > Billing > Invoices > Download.

A: We automatically email these receipts to your primary Stripe account administrator. Not sure who that is? Log into your Stripe account & review the primary account holder email under Settings.

A: We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual payment options. We will automatically charge your payment method on the monthly, quarterly, or annual anniversary of your 1st charge.
Q: What payment methods are accept for my Harness subscription?
A: For your Harness subscription payments, we accept all major credit and debit cards. We do NOT accept cash, checks, or 3rd party payment systems like Bill.com. Your card on file can be updated at any time from your Harness Dashboard under Settings > Billing > Update Payment Method.
While not available to setup through your Harness Dashboard currently, we can also accept ACH as a payment method for your Harness subscription.
