Referring a nonprofit is simple and rewarding:

1. Share – Connect a nonprofit leader with Harness by submitting their information through our referral form.
​2. Earn – Get $25 for each referral submission (whether they sign up or not, up to 10 referrals).
​3. Get Rewarded – When your referral becomes a Harness customer, you both receive a $150 gift card!*

*Your referral must remain an active partner for at least 3 months to qualify for the $150 reward.

✅ Nonprofit leaders at 501(c)(3) organizations that are not already Harness customers.
🚫 You cannot refer yourself or your own nonprofit.

Q. Who is eligible to participate?
A. Any active Harness customer can refer nonprofit leaders to our platform and earn rewards.

Q. Is there a limit to how many referrals I can submit?
A. You can refer as many nonprofits as you’d like!

Q. When will I receive my rewards?

A. Your $25 gift card will be issued within 30 days of submitting a qualifying referral.

Your $150 gift card (and your referral’s) will be issued within 30 days of them becoming an active customer.

Q. How can I track my referrals?
A. We’ll send you email updates about your referral status.

Q. What if two people refer the same nonprofit?
A. The first person to submit the referral will receive the reward if the nonprofit becomes a customer.

Q.What happens if my referral doesn’t sign up?
a. Your referral must sign up within 6 months for you to be eligible for the $150 reward.

Q. What happened to the previous referral program?
A. The old referral program will officially end on March 31, 2025. Any referrals made under the old program will still be honored under its original terms. Starting April 1, 2025, only referrals made through the new Give/Get Referral Program will be eligible for rewards.
