To use a template for a new message, click the "Use a Template" Button. Click here for our "Create a Template" guide.

From there, you will be asked to select a template.

Before sending you will have the opportunity to edit your template.

Once your message is ready send as normal!

You can also use a template to respond to an existing message thread. Simply select the template icon in the lower right hand corner of the message thread.

Then, as with new messages, you can select and edit your template before sending!
